Returns & Exchanges

At MRCOOL HVAC Supply, we want to ensure your home stays comfortable, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and uninstalled equipment in its original packaging. Please note that installed units are subject to manufacturer warranty claims rather than standard returns.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure all HVAC components, hardware, and manuals are placed back in their original manufacturer crates or boxes to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the RMA label clearly to the outside of the pallet or box and ship the item back to our designated distribution center via a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit is uninstalled and in resale condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
