Yes, the MRCOOL DIY series is specifically designed for amateur installation. It features pre-charged Quick Connect line sets that do not require specialized vacuuming or charging by a certified technician.
What is your return policy for HVAC equipment?
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled equipment in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs and restocking fees may apply to large freight items.
Do MRCOOL systems come with a warranty?
Yes, all MRCOOL products come with a manufacturer warranty. The DIY series offers a limited lifetime compressor warranty and a 7-year replacement warranty when registered online within 60 days of installation.
Do you offer financing options for large purchases?

What should I do if my unit arrives damaged?
It is critical to inspect the freight for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is visible, refuse the shipment or note it clearly on the BOL and contact our support team immediately.
